Your training will include:

- On-the-field Self-Training (1 week): Apply your knowledge independently with guidance.
- Team Selling (1 week): Develop collaborative sales strategies for our advanced product lines.
- Sales Intensive (8 weeks): Master our sales cycles, processes, and client engagement, focusing on demonstrating value beyond just price, and showcasing how our solutions prevent costly issues.

Your development and performance will be reviewed every three months, ensuring continuous feedback and support.
